| Comments: | Dear Michael~ LOL you are so clueless..........grin! I cannot begin to tell you how much you,your music and your generosity has touched our lives. My daughter Lauren 11, lives with a life threatening illness called Rett Syndrome, there is no cure nor treatment at the present time,her life expectancy is unknown, she is unable to walk or talk and is permanentlly homebound from school due to a low immune system. She is, however, able to understand what is said to her. I believe her first love, lol, next to her Mom of course, is music. The expressions on her face are pure magic, what a beautiful sight I truly wish that you could see. Lauren does vocalize in her own way and when she hears your music well..........I tell her she's going to be an opera singer too:-) She's my little star in such a big way, also my Hero!!! Please know that Lauren was also the recipient of a project Linus afghan and dearly loves it, so very special to her. I'm 16 and I've been singing proffessional operatic voice since I was nine. My mum's had several ALW recorded collections, which I liked but never flipped out about until in 8th grade my gifted English teacher read an excerpt from... you guessed it, POTO! I officially flipped out. First i bought the book. Then came the Sarah Brightman/ Micheal Crawford version CD, then the Robert Englund 1989 version of the film and so on. |

I only wish I was around to see you perform in Phantom of the Opera! I fall asleep listening to you singing Music of the Night every night to help me go to sleep. When i hear you sing I fell like I have no problems and everything is right. So whenever I'm upset I turn on your CD and listen to it. I LOVE Gethesmane!!! But it does make me cry a little! Will you ever perform in Orlando or in Florida at all? Because if you do I am DEFINATELY going to one of your performances! My mom says she is willing to pay whatever it costs to see you perform! | Comments: | Dear Mr Crawford, I've always had the fondest memories of you as a child (I'm now 34) So my first was in 'some mothers' Unfortunatly I was never able to see you preform live, I have just read your biography which at moment moved me to tears and others giggling like a fruit cake. My Mum died when I was 16 (I fully understand how you felt when you lost your mum)I remember she was such a fan of yours we used to sit and watch every week, I was so small but we would just laugh and laugh, I have a 14 year old son with ADHD who suffers from a lot of the type of thing you did as a boy, I just hope that he can eventually channel his energies well... anyway in the hope that you do read this can I just say cos I'm babbling on....Thankyou for all you've given to everyone your career has touched me with all your incredible versitile talent has given the industry, film, TV and Theatre so much. |

Then, I searched on the Internet and found the original cast of the show with you and Sarah Brightman and I thought the music was so much better then the movie cast. Not only is he incredibly talented, but to care for humanity the way he does speaks volumes about the character of this man. I collect phantom stuff and most of them have your name on it.Alot of kids at my school call me weird because I'm obsessed with phantom. Apperently theve never heard you sing. I first heard phantom when I was SIX.
